FIBA’s New Website Platform Connects Professionals Globally

Miami, Florida – April 19, 2017 – FIBA, The Florida International Bankers Association, has released a technology platform with endless possibilities to connect professionals from all over the world. In a digitally interactive society, it is a priority to collaborate, exchange ideas and share knowledge of industry trends.

FIBA has adopted an innovative approach to offer all visitors of the newly designed website a chance to interact with others through a platform that enables opportunities to network, review important updates and register for events and certifications. The online community tool was selected by FIBA to encourage others to connect by first creating a personal profile – as they would with other social media sites.

After creating a profile, free of charge, each member can publish and read posts in a news feed to meet and communicate with other industry professionals. Participants can also enroll in several professional development events, track continuing education credits, download and print certificates and learn about career opportunities in their areas of expertise.

Another convenient feature offered to all participants is the free, easy to download SocialLink mobile app – available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. It helps to keep professionals engaged and encourages interactivity with a social feed, instant notifications, alerts on event registrations and the latest announcements from FIBA.

Connect and build new relationships now with two simple steps:

  1. Visit FIBA’s ‘Connect Now’ webpage.
  2. Click on the ‘Connect Now’ button below. Create a username (your email address) and enter it along with your first and last name. Then submit the validation code and click ‘Continue’.
  3. Review the privacy settings, select your preferences and complete your personal and professional account information. Please note that the fields with an asterisk are required.

We look forward to your participation in our online community and encourage you to contact us at your convenience if you have any questions or comments.
