On July 11, 2024, starting at 11:00 AM, LARA will hold a panel discussion with the Florida Office of Financial Regulation (OFR) to discuss concerns raised in our Comment Letter and other implementation issues arising out of the rules and forms proposed by the OFR to implement the amendments made to Chapter 655, Florida Statutes, by House Bill No. 989, ch. 2024-140, Laws of Florida, signed into law on May 2, 2024. The panel will take place at the offices of Shutts & Bowen, 200 South Biscayne Boulevard Suite 4100.
