FIBA’s LARA Committee is kicking off 2024 with an important panel discussion that will cover in-depth some of the most critical legal and regulatory topics that our members should be considering this year.

- The Corporate Transparency Act (“CTA”), and the Beneficial Ownership Information (“BOI”) reporting requirements that went into effect on Jan. 1st, 2024;
- FinCEN’s final rule establishing requirements for access to BOI reported under the CTA;

- House Bills 585 and 587, where these bills stand and how they may impact you; and
- industry best practices and changes to consider to day-to-day operations and compliance programs in light of these key legal and regulatory developments.
